I'm fascinated by the way ordinary things become deeply personal through experience. The IYKYK series explores the small visual cues, cultural references, and everyday nuances that quietly connect us. These are the moments that don't need explanation—they simply click. Whether it's a color palette, a familiar form, or an object that instantly transports someone back to a specific place or feeling, the work relies as much on the viewer's memories as it does my own. Rather than telling a fixed story, these paintings leave room for interpretation. Every person sees something slightly different, bringing their own history into the piece. That exchange between artist and viewer is what interests me most. The work isn't complete until someone recognizes a part of themselves within it.
